Effective date: September 8, 2026
1. Overview
Tabisha Couture, a DBA of Evolute LLC, a Texas limited liability company operates Tabisha Couture. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our marketplace, create an account, buy from a boutique, sell through Tabisha Couture, contact us, or use our tools. We collect only what we need to operate a trusted commerce experience.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, sign-in provider, and role; order details such as product, size, buyer note, tracking, and order history; vendor details such as boutique name, owner contact information, city, social handles, listings, photos, voice notes, and onboarding information; communications you send to us; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, pages viewed, and approximate location.
We may also collect fraud-prevention signals, referral URLs, search terms used to reach the site, pages or products viewed, cart activity, support attachments, return photos, delivery issue details, and records of whether emails or messages were delivered.
Optional analytics derive coarse location at request time and discard the network address; raw IP addresses are never retained in analytics or shown in the founder dashboard.
Payment card information and shipping addresses are collected and retained by Stripe and may be sent just in time to EasyPost and the selling boutique for rating, labels, tracking, and fulfillment. Tabisha Couture does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or customer shipping addresses in its database or audit trail. An authenticated boutique may retrieve a selected order's address temporarily from Stripe for fulfillment and may choose to print or download that information.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate checkout, fulfill orders, provide customer and vendor support, prevent fraud, administer accounts, display listings, process vendor onboarding, send transactional emails, improve the marketplace, maintain security, comply with law, enforce policies, and communicate about launches, offers, or updates where permitted.
4. AI listing tools
Vendors may provide product photos, voice notes, and draft descriptions so Tabisha Couture can generate listing drafts. Those drafts are intended to help vendors create listings faster. Vendors remain responsible for reviewing accuracy before publishing. We do not sell vendor voice notes or product content as personal information.
Some product descriptions and images may be created, edited, enhanced, or arranged with AI-assisted tools. Product visuals may be representative of a garment, fabric, styling, or product category. AI service providers may process submitted photos, audio, text, and related metadata only as needed to provide the listing workflow, security, support, and service improvement functions described in this policy.
5. When we share information
We share information with boutiques as needed to fulfill orders; with service providers such as Stripe, EasyPost, and participating carriers; Supabase, hosting, email, analytics, security, AI tooling, and logistics providers; with professional advisors; in connection with a business transfer; to comply with law or legal process; to enforce our terms; and to protect buyers, boutiques, Tabisha Couture, or the public.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service.
6. Marketplace content and communications
Products may be sold by a vendor through its boutiques, Facebook pages, WhatsApp, or other channels, but the exact images, descriptions, and other assets published for a product on Tabisha Couture may not be copied, republished, or used on another website or channel without explicit written permission from Tabisha Couture and Evolute LLC for that specific product.
Vendors must not include personal phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, payment details, or other personal contact information in listings or any other website content that would encourage customers to contact them outside the approved Tabisha Couture channels for website purchases.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Tabisha Couture and our providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the service, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand usage. You can adjust browser settings to block some cookies, but some features may not work correctly. Optional first-party analytics are active by default unless you turn them off and measure page interactions, device class, coarse country/region/city, and aggregate cart or favorite counts. They do not store cart contents, precise location, raw IP addresses, or payment details. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, our hosting provider's analytics service, for public page-view reporting. It receives only normalized public page categories from our application; it does not receive query parameters, private account, vendor, checkout, order, or founder routes from this integration.
If Tabisha Couture later uses remarketing, advertising pixels, or cross-site analytics, those tools may help us measure campaigns or show relevant Tabisha Couture promotions. Where required, we will provide notice, choices, or opt-out controls. Tabisha Couture honors Global Privacy Control for optional analytics. We do not currently use advertising pixels or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
